Forest Care Selection is currently supporting an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a Home Manager to oversee their specialist care home in the Worthing area.

• The home is specifically adapted to enable the best experience for residents with a physical disability.
• The Home Manager in Worthing will:
• Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervision and development of an established staff team.
• Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.
• Oversee the financial management of the service.
• Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

The Home Manager in Worthing will need to have:

• Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.
• Experience of leadership in complex care home settings.
• Experience of budgetary management.
• Experience of overseeing a variety of staff teams, care and ancillary.
• Excellent communication skills.
