Grafton Banks Finance is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic and growing business based in Worthing. This temporary role is ideal for an immediately available professional who is ready to support the finance team during a busy period.
As a Finance Assistant, you will assist with a variety of accounts payable tasks and general finance administration, ensuring smooth operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new customer accounts and update direct debit details
- Monitor the finance inbox and respond to queries
- Upload purchase order (PO) numbers into the system
- Process supplier invoices and reconcile statements
- Complete credit card reconciliations
- Provide assistance with payroll administration
To be considered, you should:
- Be available for an immediate start on a temporary basis
- Have prior experience using Sage or SAP and be a confident Excel user (including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Be able to commute to the Worthing office daily
