An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team of a stunning luxury boutique hotel. Set within a beautifully restored building in the South West, this role offers the chance to showcase your talent in a 3 Rosette restaurant, crafting modern British dishes with the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef

  • Leading the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
  • Assisting in the creation of innovative and memorable menus
  • Preparing and serving dishes to the highest standards in a busy 3 Rosette restaurant
  • Training and mentoring new kitchen staff
  • Maintaining rigorous food safety and health and safety standards
  • Ensuring flawless execution of breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, Sunday lunch, and occasional events such as weddings
