We are looking for a Production Operative to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Skilled Operators - Work alongside experienced team members to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in Production - Help set up equipment, monitor operations, and ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Spray Coating Application - Apply coatings using specialised equipment, ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Machine Setup - Prepare machinery for production, including material loading, setting adjustments, and pre-run checks.
  • Report Documentation - Accurately record production outputs and any encountered issues.
  • Machinery Maintenance - Keep equipment clean and operational, while maintaining a safe and tidy work space.
  • Quality Inspections - Regularly check finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in setting up and operating production machinery.
  • Spraying experience (advantageous but not essential).
  • A reliable work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
