Your new companyA leading provider of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain solutions across the UK and Europe. Due to ongoing success, the business is expanding and needs a strategic HR leader to help shape their supportive, high-performing culture. Your new roleReporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating with company Directors, you'll design and implement HR strategies, support leaders, and ensure the people agenda aligns with business goals. You'll shape policies, lead HR initiatives, and help build an even stronger workplace culture. Responsibilities will include

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
  • Design and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Promote a positive work environment and manage employee relations.
  • Design training and development programs.
  • Oversee payroll, HRIS management, and benefits administration.
  • Provide data-driven HR reporting and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPD Level 7 Certification (or equivalent).
  • Proven senior HR experience, ideally in a multi-site organisation.
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and L&D programs.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
