About the Role
- Title: HR Business Partner
- Role: Full time, permanent
- Location: Near Chester - mostly office based but with some hybrid working
- Salary: up to £45K per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and employees, offering expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and other general HR matters.
- Take ownership of key HR projects, from talent development to change management, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with the companys culture and goals.
- Manage a range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention, ensuring HR practices align with company values.
- Collaborate closely with management teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote a positive employee experience.
- Support on HR policy development, ensuring they remain up-to-date and reflective of the companys ethos.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers, empowering them to lead and manage their teams effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
- Level 7 CIPD Qualified Essential for delivering high-quality HR support and strategic advice.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, culture-driven environment.
- Strong ER case management experience, with the ability to handle complex issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects, driving change while aligning with company values and culture
