Quality Lead Role Overview:


As a Quality Lead, you will be the subject matter expert for quality systems and special processes, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and adherence to industry standards. You will be responsible for managing customer complaints, maintaining quality management systems, and overseeing audit plans to support business excellence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for quality systems and special processes.
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) while incorporating new corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure technical compliance of chemical processing controls.
  • Manage calibration compliance and oversee the development of work instructions.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the business management system.
  • Lead and coordinate business reviews to drive quality performance.
  • Develop and execute audit plans, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact company compliance and operations.
  • Act as the company representative for accreditation and certification bodies.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, compliance, and process improvements.
  • Experience in managing audits, certifications, and customer complaints.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality standards.
  • IT literate with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
