Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Supply and Purchasing Administrator to begin work on a 12 month maternity contract based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate.
Job Duties:
- To effectively control packaging postings within SAP / SAP Fiori.
- Ensure correct call off for different packaging types to meet production requirements and confirm packaging usage daily.
- Process SAP adjustments on a weekly basis or as and when required and make relevant investigations.
- To monitor and record card sorted daily and assist in monitoring any packaging deemed to be scrap packaging.
- Manage scrap and wash process requirements for packaging.
- Support with Health & Safety, 6S housekeeping and other projects and initiatives.
- Provide cover and support for the Supply, Purchasing and Deliveries Team.
If you have experience within a FMCG enviroment previously that would be beneficial but not essential. The right candidate must be literate with Office and excel as well as having previous experience with SAP or similar programmes
