EPOS Administrator- Part Time 25 hours 

Job SummaryCastlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for an EPoS (Electronic point of sale) Admin to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the electronic point of sale (EPOS) systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks, to enhance efficiency.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Suite for documentation and reporting.
  • Assist customers and staff via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Organise and maintain records, ensuring easy access to information and compliance with company policies.
  • Data Management: Ensuring standardisation of data across all Villages. Ensuring new product lines are added to the buying guide and EPoS System efficiently.
  • Support & Training:Working with EPoS users across all villages to provide support and assistance on how to use the EPoS system, including oversight of all user training, and training material. Including an annual refresh of all user skills.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proficient at using EPoS system management and troubleshooting. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, as well as a willingness to learn specific systems.
  • Experience with EPOS integrations with inventory and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools e.g. Excel.
  • Highly organised and able to plan, manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Experienced to build professional relationships with residents, 3rd party suppliers and team members
  • Confident and able to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively using good problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability and use of own initiative.
  • Experienced, or have a willingness to learn, how to deliver great customer experiences.
  • Demonstrable EPOS management, and commercial margins knowledge.
