This role involves overseeing the personal tax compliance function and providing advisory support to clients, with previous corporate tax experience being advantageous but not essential.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and preparing income tax and partnership tax returns, mentoring junior colleagues, and assisting with complex tax planning issues.
The position also requires providing advisory support on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT), as well as being the primary contact for clients.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have several years of relevant experience in tax management.

Supporting the Tax Partner the Tax Manager will oversee the personal tax compliance function and provide advisory support to clients. Any previous corporate tax expereince would be advantageous although not essential.

The role will include;

Review and prepare income tax and partnership tax returns and P11Ds
Review work of and help in the development of more junior colleagues
Research more complex tax planning issues and assist the Tax Partner with drafting tax advisory reports
Provide advisory support on IHT abd CGT
Be the point of contact for clients and attend client meetings
