IFA Administrator, York. Up to £31,000 plus benefits and bonus (Full or Part-Time). We are working with a well established IFA based in York who are looking for an experienced Administrator with previous experience gained within Financial Services. This firm is part of a larger group and you'll work for 2 Advisers alongside 2 Administrators & a Paraplanner. Opportunity to further progress and develop your career within Financial Services is available.

The role:

  • Administration and maintenance of client files
  • Processing new business applications using various platforms
  • Ensuring that financial transactions are completed correctly & compliantly
  • Assist with preparing paperwork and research for new & existing client review meetings
  • Liaising with product and system providers
  • Fee and commission reconciliation
  • File audits as required

To apply:

  • You must have previous experience gained in Financial Services preferably within an IFA.
  • Strong communications skills, able to demonstrate the ability to interact with colleagues and clients clearly and concisely.
  • Customer focused. Ensuring the customer is always provided with the highest possible service.
  • Solid working experience of Word, Excel & Outlook. IO experience a distinct advantage.
  • Experience working with Transact and/or Quilter Platforms is desirable.
