IFA Administrator, York. Up to £31,000 plus benefits and bonus (Full or Part-Time). We are working with a well established IFA based in York who are looking for an experienced Administrator with previous experience gained within Financial Services. This firm is part of a larger group and you'll work for 2 Advisers alongside 2 Administrators & a Paraplanner. The role:
- Administration and maintenance of client files
- Processing new business applications using various platforms
- Ensuring that financial transactions are completed correctly & compliantly
- Assist with preparing paperwork and research for new & existing client review meetings
- Liaising with product and system providers
- Fee and commission reconciliation
- File audits as required
To apply:
- You must have previous experience gained in Financial Services preferably within an IFA.
- Strong communications skills, able to demonstrate the ability to interact with colleagues and clients clearly and concisely.
- Customer focused. Ensuring the customer is always provided with the highest possible service.
- Solid working experience of Word, Excel & Outlook. IO experience a distinct advantage.
- Experience working with Transact and/or Quilter Platforms is desirable.
