Our client, a rapidly expanding production company based in the North East of the UK, which specialises in broadcast, streaming and live entertainment solutions is seeking an experienced Managing Director to advance the company's strategic vision while ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

You will play a critical role in advancing the company’s strategic vision, overseeing live production projects, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves extensive travel, client management, and working closely with senior management to drive business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in live sports broadcasting.
  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and forward-thinking company culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth and support business expansion into new markets.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

About You:

  • 15+ years of experience in broadcasting and live production.
