Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital sales and marketing strategies across multiple international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to join a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a high-impact digital sales and marketing strategy to drive lead generation, business growth, and new revenue streams.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team across multiple international locations, modernising sales techniques and digital marketing efforts.

  • Oversee digital sales funnel management, CRM optimisation, and performance reporting in collaboration with senior leadership.

  • Drive digital marketing campaigns, website content, and SEO/PPC strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

  • Manage budgets, optimise Google Ads, and ensure all marketing efforts deliver measurable commercial value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, media, and online suppliers to boost brand exposure and lead generation.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales presentations, email campaigns, and customer case studies.

  • Work with external PR agencies to launch press releases and contribute to relevant industry publications.

  • Manage social media channels to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing and digital lead generation leadership, preferably within telecoms, technology, or IoT industries.

  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and content strategy.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM management (Hubspot preferable), performance reporting, and sales funnel optimisation.

  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse, international team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working with senior leadership.
