Client Relationship Executive

We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to who are an industry leader in providing training courses to recruit a Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing and nurturing a relationship with a one of there clients, ensuring that all their needs are met in regard to their training needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

This role involves a mix of customer service with someone who is client driven.

Responsibilities:

    • Act as the main point of contact for the client, understanding their training needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and 3rd party providers.
    • Oversee the client account, ensuring that all projects or services are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
    • Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects or services.
    • Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
    • Resolve conflicts or misunderstandings quickly and professionally to maintain a positive client relationship.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure that any issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all client needs are met and their expectations are consistently exceeded.
