- Working Hours: Full-time - Mon-Fri 9-5.30 you will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends with a day off in lieu for either day. (Sat 9-5 and/ or Sun 10-4)

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Executive who will play a key role in delivering first-rate experiences to over 50,000 customers who use our client each year. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer satisfaction!
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support before and during tours.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to email enquiries.
- Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings.
- Resolve various customer queries and support the administration of holiday cancellations.
- Discuss alternative travel options with customers and book UK travel requirements to enhance their experience.
- Arrange necessary travel visas and conduct mobility checks to meet customers’ expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- A strong desire and passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships quickly.
- Capability to work to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for travel and creative problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and activities and support other teams as needed.
