We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Executive who will play a key role in delivering first-rate experiences to over 50,000 customers who use our client each year. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer satisfaction!

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer support before and during tours.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as respond to email enquiries.
  • Issue booking confirmations and process web bookings.
  • Resolve various customer queries and support the administration of holiday cancellations.
  • Discuss alternative travel options with customers and book UK travel requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Arrange necessary travel visas and conduct mobility checks to meet customers’ expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • A strong desire and passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships quickly.
  • Capability to work to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrable enthusiasm for travel and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Flexibility to handle various tasks and activities and support other teams as needed.
