- Delivering industry leading levels of sales and support
- Taking inbound calls from nominated customer groups.Â
- Making outbound calls to arrange deliveries.
- Taking orders and subsequent amendments by telephone, fax, EDI or email and process them through the SOP system. Accuracy in this area is vital.Â
- Liaising closely with colleagues in Distribution to ensure that deliveries are executed
- Maintenance of accurate records of all contacts and transactions using DEFACTO SOP & CRM
- Gaining exceptional knowledge of all the product ranges within the company brands
- Liaising with the sales team over matters arising with key accounts.Â
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
- Strong attention to detail and experience working to deadlinesÂ
- Experience building good relationships
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel
