Sales Advisor – No Cold Calling – Travel

- Salary: Base £31,000 with an OTE up to £60,000
- Working Hours: Full-time - Mon-Fri between the hours of 2pm-1am covering the US markets. Working every other Saturday 3-9pm with a day off during the week.

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Sales Advisor who will play a key role in delivering world calls experiences for our client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales/customer service environment!
Please note the first week of training will be on site in York City Centre so you must be able to easily commute here.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner to achieve sales targets.
- Engage effectively with callers to provide an excellent customer experience and maximise the conversion of sales calls into actual sales.
- Process orders accurately and promptly without compromising the customer's experience.
- Achieve monthly team and individual targets concerning basic sales conversion and the conversion of valuable add-on sales, upgrades, and extension packages.
- Actively promote opportunities to ‘up-sell’ customers onto premium products and services, supporting marketing initiatives such as ‘low deposit’ or ‘early booking’ offers.
- Continually develop professional and technical skills, particularly in areas of written communication, brand awareness, and product knowledge.
- Communicate with line management to suggest improvements aimed at enhancing performance and efficiency at company, team, and personal levels.
- Report any missing information/data on company systems or files that might prevent the successful handling of sales calls.
- Perform any other duties reasonably expected for the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a competitive sales and customer service environment, delivering to deadlines and targets.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for travel and a deep understanding of the unique selling points of products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, Outlook, and Explorer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in telephone sales, ideally with inbound call handling.
