The role:

  • We’re looking to recruit a driven individual keen to join a business where career progression can be accelerated by results. This is business with serious ambition, where everybody knows the roles they have to play, and team collaboration is key.
  • As National Account Manager, you will report to the Sales Director, responsible for the managing the southern grocery retailers, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tesco.
  • With national listings established with each customer, the role presents an opportunity to drive further gains of their existing portfolio, whilst collaborating with the buyers to create further industry-first innovation.
  • The business personifies modern day working, and you will have complete flexibility to work from wherever you want, providing customer visits and occasional site meetings are adhered to.

Ideal candidate:

  • To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of two years’ experience at National Account Manager level, and been responsible for managing grocery retail customer accounts.
  • A challenger brand mentality, or experience of operating in this type of environment may be beneficial.
  • A hands-on approach to your work is key, as cross functional working and projects against tight deadlines are common.
  • You will be able to demonstrate success whilst managing retail customer accounts, delivering results that exceed targets and expectations.
