Overview

My client are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts & Office Administrator to support with all aspects of office accounts and administration for numerous business ventures. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial functions, administration, and organisation of the business.

This is a flexible PART TIME role, working 2-2.5 days per week, part days will be considered.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Setting up and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Inputting and processing sales & purchase invoices
  • Processing tenant’s rents and payments to accounts
  • Managing costs, incomings, and out goings of the business
  • General accounts and administration tasks
  • Confirming weekly time sheets.
  • Diarising maintenance issues for properties
  • General office administration duties
  • General PA duties to owners
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, setting up tables and interlinking spreadsheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Ability to plan workload and work independently and proactively
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information
Day-to-day
  • Working from home, flexible hours
  • 2 - 2.5 days per week, or part days considered
  • Remote, working from home with some travel occasionally to properties or for meetings in York
