An attractive opportunity has arisen to work for a growing PE-backed company who are looking to s trengthen their team with the appointment of an FP&A manager on an interim basis.  

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assessing profitability and margins, and offering actionable insights.
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance profit.
  • Operating the pricing model to assist the sales team with bids and tenders.
  • Supporting strategic and investment decisions through business cases and ROI analysis.
  • Modelling and overseeing workforce planning, aligning staffing levels with forecasted activity.
  • Managing the forecasting process, aiming to improve both speed and accuracy.

Key characteristics of the ideal candidate:

  • A qualified individual (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • Experience in analysing and business partnering with directors, senior team members, and colleagues across the business.
  • A track record of driving improvements in profitability through clear and meaningful analysis of sales, costs, and margins.
  • Expertise in Excel, BI, and SQL.
