The Senior Manager, Finance – Sales & Marketing will be a key strategic partner to the Field Sales, Marketing, and GSC teams providing financial leadership and analytical support to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis related to Field Sales, Sales & Marketing Expense, and Sales Strategy. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity around data, as well as a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and ROI analysis. This role will work cross-functionally across the US broadline business to influence outcomes and optimize performance. Responsibilities include leading the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for Sales & Marketing Expense, providing financial insights and recommendations to optimize sales growth, developing and monitoring key metrics related to sales and marketing expenses, collaborating with leadership teams to drive data-driven decision-making, evaluating sales and marketing initiatives, conducting financial reviews, assessing marketing programs, enhancing financial reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies.
