The Local Sales Finance Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Global Support Center Sales Finance Team, helping to drive financial performance for the assigned Local Sales segment. This position requires collaboration with Sysco teams such as Sales, Commercial Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis to understand financial trends, support decision-making, and deliver on financial objectives for the business. Responsible for creating and working on presentation decks for various meetings and cadences, including weekly updates, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, leadership meetings and other key business updates. Assist leadership in pulling data from various internal resources and analyze trends to identify key drivers affecting financial performance. Reviews dashboards, develop financial models and reports to track performance drivers/KPIs. Partner and support sales leaders to provide value-added insights to drive needed actions through financial analytics, business performance measurements. Effectively communicate key updates and priorities to local sales finance team members as well as other key stakeholders across the organization. Facilitate routine meetings to ensure alignment on strategic objectives, financial performance, and project deadlines. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines. Develop ideas and tools to improve usability of Sysco’s internal data sources. Work cross-functionally to automate or improve existing processes to streamline accuracy and performance. Design new methods for analyzing and presenting program recommendations. Work on other ad-hoc projects requested by executive management and other leadership positions.
