As a Principal Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the design, development, and documentation of software architecture and features for our Infusion Pump Platforms. Your expertise will shape the future of healthcare technology, and your passion for innovation will drive us forward. What you'll be doing Design and Develop Innovative Solutions: Lead the design, development, and documentation of software architecture and features, driving technical design reviews and ensuring high-quality solutions. Drive Technical Excellence: Lead software design reviews, unit test strategies, static code analysis, memory profiling, and thread modeling for components or features, ensuring technical excellence and efficiency. Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Develop technical solutions to complex problems, delivering high-quality solutions on tight schedules and driving collaboration with internal and external collaborators. Transform Software Requirements: Transform software requirements into a software test architecture, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Mentor and Guide: Drive collaboration with internal and external collaborators, enabling the team on better processes, practices, and technical mentorship. What you'll bring Expertise in C++: 5+ years of experience in C++ development, with a strong understanding of software engineering techniques and principles. Bachelor's degree required. Agile Development Experience: Experience with software development in an agile environment, including creating and maintaining product backlogs, estimating, scheduling, and completing committed schedules. Modular Software Architecture: Experience in designing and architecting modular software architecture, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Tracking Tools and Version Control: Experience with tracking tools like JIRA and version control systems like Github, Gerrit, etc. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical solutions and communicate with collaborators.
