Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Security Coordinator 4 to join our team of talented and diverse individuals at our San Diego, CA location. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Supporting a fast-paced high-profile environment. Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets. Support the Security Managers or Security Director in maintaining a strong security posture for the Division. Develop, and maintain security education and training resources for the Division. Provide educational and informative resources that will help advance security personnel from novice to subject matter expert (SME). Become knowledgeable with government and corporate security policies and procedures. Manage and order supplies and offer security support for meetings. Other administrative tasks as assigned, including setting up and maintaining files or answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, and six years of additional education and/or administrative or security-related experience. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government final security clearance at the Top Secret level. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain access to a special access program. Candidate must be organized and efficient at time management. Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with databases such as SIMS, JPAS/DISS, and/or JADE. Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas. Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment. Excellent speaking, writing, and organizational skills enabling effective communication.
