Main Function of the Position: 

To provide efficient and proactive administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and legal professionals within a property law firm, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

  • Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Location: Altrincham

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and update client records and filing systems.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or PA, ideally within property law.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet when handling confidential information.
