About the Role: Supply Desk is partnering with a well-regarded Special Needs School near Andover that provides dedicated support for students with Autism and Asperger’s. The school is seeking a full-time Teacher to support primary and secondary students, primarily in English and Maths. The role will be supporting students in smaller groups of around 5-10 in each class. The school are looking to make this role permanent for the right person.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who has a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and is passionate about helping students with Autism and Asperger’s develop their skills. You will work closely with other members of the teaching team to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student success.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with students with Autism and Asperger’s, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the primary and secondary English and Maths curriculum.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create a positive learning environment.
- Passionate about supporting students with SEN to reach their full potential.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to the individual needs of students.
