We are seeking a part-time finance administrator to support our client's growing accounts team.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks, making this role ideal for someone with experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the sales & purchase ledger
  • Entering invoice information
  • Supporting with credit control administration
  • Handling reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Managing the accounts mailbox and handling any account related phone calls and enquiries
  • Any other ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider team

Title: Part TimeFinance Administrator

Salary: 13 - 14/hour

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 30 hours per week, ideally 10am to 4pm but can offer flexibility around school hours

Location: Arborfield

You will need to have access to a vehicle to get to the offices, they are not accessible via public transport
