Fire & Security Administrator/ Service Coordinator
This role is looking for someone with a background inFire and Security Coordination and Administration.
Required Experience:
- Answering incoming calls
- Liaising with contracted clients about their security systems
- Booking services on our in-house computer software
- Booking breakdown appointments and phone calls
- Managing and coordinating the engineers
- Full management of the stores and ensuring engineers have their kit
- Processing daily engineer job reports
- General administration franking, sending out reminder letters, liaising with
- customers/colleagues via email
Location:Reading
Salary:£28,000 - £30,000Per Annum
Start Date:Immediate
Must have Full UK Driving License and full right to work in the UK
