- To support the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding
- Liaising with Hiring Managers and placing advertisements for all recruitment
- Monitoring advertisement responses and where necessary, making decisions on any required actions
- Engaging recruitment agencies, arranging interviews and providing feedback on candidates
- Scheduling and supporting with telephone and face-to-face interviews, as required.
- Liaising with candidates on queries, offers of employment and providing feedback from interviews.
- Assist in first-day inductions for the Head Office Facilities
- Supporting and attending recruitment-related events, as required
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure
- Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives
- The ability to comfortably work independently, as well as part of a team
- A good understanding of the workings of Microsoft Office Applications
- Previous experience in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable)
