Our client has a permanent vacancy for an Internal Recruiter. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide support in the delivery of the end-to-end life cycle of talent recruitment and on-boarding for Operations Centres and Head Office functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To support the full recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding.

Liaising with Hiring Managers and placing advertisements for all recruitment via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and where appropriate, include social media, internal communications and the Company website.

Monitoring advertisement responses and where necessary, making decisions on any required actions.

Engaging recruitment agencies and being the liaison between them and the Hiring Mangers, arranging interviews and providing feedback on candidates.

Scheduling and supporting with telephone and face to face interviews, as required.

Liaising with candidates on queries, offers of employment and providing feedback from interviews.

To assist in first day inductions for the Head Office Facilities.

Supporting and attending recruitment related events, as required.

Supporting the coordination and delivery of assessment days, as required.

Requirements:

Essential

Previous experience in a recruitment role within a high volume, fast paced environment.

Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including on-boarding and right to work checks.

Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.

Great organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and objectives.

The ability to comfortably work independently, as well as part of a team.

Great Microsoft office skills.

Desirable

Previous experience in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems
