QA Compliance Officer

I am recruiting for a QA Compliance Officer within specialist healthcare business based in North West of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation. The role will support GMP product manufacture so a degree of flexibility to working is required.

Purpose of the Role of QA Compliance Officer

Support, input and develop the Quality Management System. Prepare a Quality Monthly report and act on quality performance issues and trends in line with business priorities

Compliance and QA support/training in manufacturing & packaging operations & warehouse

Investigate customer complaints & liaise with customer

Support the delivery of the internal audit programme.

Support and contribute to the development of QMS related Change Control, Deviation, CAPA and other QMS activities.

Support and contribute to the improvement of the QMS activities associated with the release of the product

Manage Change Controls and be a Quality representative on projects

Assist and deliver Internal Audits

Author and review GxP documentation including batch documentation and SOPs.

Requirements of the QA Compliance Officer

Experience working in a QA compliance role in Pharmaceutical or Medical devices or Food or FMCG

Knowledge of all relevant practices and compliance associated with GMP or HACCP.

Knowledge of delivering QA and compliance to processing, production and packing methods for products

Good communication skills to ensure information is taken, used and given at all levels for maximum benefit to the business.
