Accountant

Alma Personnel are pleased to announce that they are working with their Birmingham based accountancy firm to recruit for a Senior Accountant with a flair to offering exceptional customer experience whilst offering support to junior staff members.

Whilst you have your own bunch of clients to offer your accountancy services to, you will also be working very closely with the Client Manager in supporting building relationships and as well as overseeing tax and accounting services.

Duties :-

Vat and tax returns, preparing of business plans for select clients

Offer tax and accounting advice

Assist in other live projects

Providing financial health checks for clients

Experience :-

ACA/ACCA qualification or completing

Strong experience and understanding of statuary accounting and bookkeeping as well as management accounts

Corportation tax, cap gains tax and VAT and income tax

Must have excellent MS Excel skills including VlookUp, Pivot Tables, countif etc.
