This owner managed business is actively recruiting for a temporary to permanent commercially focused accountant to join the business before 1st April and begin this newly created role. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with a sales team around commercial pricing, bids and tenders to ensure the business is working in a commercially viable way. As this is a new role it is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join and really add value to the business and implement processes and controls. Turnover is circa £14m and the business is predicting significant growth for the next financial year. This role is suited to someone is able to hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision and can work off their own initiative. Hybrid working in offered with 3 days on site in their central Birmingham offices.
