Key responsibilities of the Internal Auditor:
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits across various business functions to evaluate risk management, compliance, and control processes.
- Prepare and deliver detailed audit reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies that address identified risks and enhance internal controls.
- Support the audit team in carrying out risk assessments and developing the annual audit plan.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior auditors and internal teams.
Key essentials of the Internal Auditor:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in audit software and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
