Job Summary
Alecto Recruitment are representing a company that provides material handling solutions, in their search for a Service Administrator, this includes equipment and services designed to move, store, or control materials and products throughout manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution processes. They offer a wide range of material handling equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
As Service Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting the service team by managing administrative tasks related to service orders, scheduling, customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between service engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- Answer incoming calls
- Support customer breakdowns
- Dealing with invoices
- Support the engineers
Qualifications and Skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
- High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Experience as Service Administrator, Administrative Assistant. Administrative Assistant, Service Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Business Coordinator, Hire Desk Administrator, Business Administrator or Operations Administrator
