• Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, including monitoring all commercial aspects of portfolio management
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their go-to contact to handle any queries
• Coordinate junior team members, including managing workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities
• Review audit work, financial statements and supporting documentations to ensure the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
• Build professional relationships and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
• Support business development for the firm, identifying new service lines for your portfolio
• Assist with the pitch and tender process for new work, preparing associated documents
• Work closely with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
• Identify and implement processes to improve the efficiency of the audit function

• ACA / ACCA/ or equivalent qualified
• Significant experience managing a portfolio in UK practice
• Previous supervisory experience with good people management skills
• Strong working knowledge of audit software, such as Caseware
• Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
• Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
• A team player who is eager to support the wider team
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
