A fast growing client of ours in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Coordinator, to join their friendly head office team.

This role is perfect for who is a natural born coordinator with excellent communication skills.

You will be the person supporting the commercial sales teams - and will be the go to person for anything relating to new orders for their most important client accounts.

This role is heavily involved in new product development and we are looking for someone who can also research and spot new trends via social media and looking at competitor products in store.

Duties will involve:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Processing orders
  • Putting presentations together for clients
  • Working on new product development projects
  • Dealing with delivery issues
  • Sending invoices
  • Arrange and book travel for the field sales team
  • Support the marketing team with any administration
  • Logging information on the system
  • Responding to customers online via email
  • Booking in site visits
  • Dealing with in depth customer queries and liaising with other departments to find a resolution

This client is looking for someone who loves working at a fast pace and someone who understands how crucial "admin errors" can be for a business! You need to be a stickler for details and genuinely enjoy working as part of a team. They are like one big family there!
