Night Manager

We are recruiting for a Night Manager, The DoubleTree by Hilton Elstree is a 135 bedroom, 4 star standard hotel located in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. Our facilities include gymnasium, lounge bar, restaurant and meeting & event facilities over 11 rooms, the largest seating up to 400 people.

Duties will include leading your team and setting a great example; ensuring that every guest experiences a warm, friendly welcome and excellent standards of customer care.

Skills required include financial awareness, understanding of hotel front office systems, computer literacy, time management, the ability to work under pressure, proven people management and leadership skills, excellent standards of personal presentation, interpersonal skills, diplomacy and experience in successfully resolving guest issues. You must have a flexible attitude to shifts worked and a professional work ethic. Local knowledge would also be a great benefit.
