To be successful :

Ideally, the SM will have a minimum of 5 years within the role
Strong electrical background
Strong background of overseeing and managing LV/Hv electrical works
be competent in overseeing workforce, snagging and ensuring safety is kept to a premium at all times
SMSTS & First Aid essential
