About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistantto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a keen eye for detail. You will provide essential administrative support while also assisting with PA duties for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, diaries, and appointments for senior staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in event planning, meeting preparations, and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or PA role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
