Receptionist
A leading privately owned contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a regional business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor.
About the role of Receptionist
This regional contractor traditionally specialises in education, health & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions valuing up to 30M across Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey for private and framework clients. The role of Receptionist will be based in their office in Southampton, Hampshire.
Responsibilities for Receptionist
- Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
- Email management and diary management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
- Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
- Attending to all visitors
Requirements for Receptionist
- Previous experience within the construction industry is ideal but not essential
- Prior exposure within a Receptionist, Administrative or Office Manager role is fundamental
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is key
