Property Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our expanding Lettings Administration team based in our Brentford Office. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role not only in the Brentford office but also in the broader administration team's success. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation, your expertise will ensure the department maintains exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers quarterly earning incentives to reward your contributions to the company’s success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lettings Administrator, you will:
  • Efficiently progress deals from offer to completion, meeting deadlines and adhering to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold company policies and relevant legislation, including AML checks.
  • Effectively answer calls, manage documents in Veco, and participate in meetings to keep the team informed.
  • Secure EPCs, safety checks, cleaning, and inventory checks for tenancies.
  • Ensure bookings are completed prior to or on the tenancy start date and follow up with relevant parties to ensure commitments are met.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as needed.
