Position: Customer Service Team Leader Location:Brentwood
Salary: £30,000 per annum Shifts: Rotational Week 1 - 7 AM - 3 PM - Week 2 12 PM - 8 PM) 1 weekend in 3

Your Responsibilities:
• Customer Service Champion - Ensure every call is handled with care and professionalism
• Team Leadership - Support and develop your team to provide best-in-class service Efficient Scheduling - Manage workloads, shift rotas, and staffing to maintain service levels
• Problem Solver - Quickly address customer inquiries and ensure issues are resolved smoothly
• Service Excellence - Monitor performance, improve processes, and uphold quality standards
What You Bring: Proven leadership experience in a customer service or call centre role Passion for service excellence and creating positive customer interactions
Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-demand environments with confidence and efficiency
