Description
The Role:
- Supporting the accounting team in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
- Processing transactions, updating ledgers, budgets, etc., and preparing reports.
- Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
- Creating and updating expense reports.
- Processing reimbursement forms.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintaining digital and physical financial records.
- Provide good customer service to clients and liaise with internal teams
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant and Fiance Administrator role
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and finance regulations
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. SAG, XERO,QuickBooks).
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Able to work independently with initiative and as part of a team
