Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
- Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach
- Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet clients needs after understanding what they are looking for
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Experience in an outbound B2B sales role
- Proven track record of delivering the full sales cycle, including closing sales and achieving sales targets
- Experience using a consultative approach to understand and sell to customers
- Self-motivated, agile, and open to change
- Salary of £27,000
- Uncapped commission average 45k plus
- 23 days + BH
