- Maintain the sales system from quotation to order receipt, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Process sales orders and issue order acknowledgements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and monitoring adherence to sales procedures.
- Provide regular sales activity reports in team meetings.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transport for customer equipment deliveries.
- Proven experience in a sales administration or coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Sage is an advantage.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
