Somerset based ambitious and leading law firm are looking for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner. This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working for the right candidate. The firm are expanding and are looking for ambitious individuals who can bring something special to the firm. You will be dealing with a wide range of wills & probate matters and must have a solid experience and a willingness to drive forward the future of the department. 聽 Role Involves: 路Handling your own wide-ranging private client caseload 路Undertake all aspects of estate administration dealing with wills and probate matters, elderly client matters, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, tax and trust matters 路Providing guidance and support to junior members of the private client department 路Conduct regular client meetings and regularly liaising with clients to keep them updated 路Upload the ethics and cultural ethos of the firm 聽 Required skills: 路Ideally at least 2 to 4 years private client experience 路Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to deal empathetically with elderly clients 路Demonstrable collaborative and team-working skills 路Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 聽 Benefits: 路Hybrid/flexible working 路Opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic, supportive and friendly firm 路Company social events 路Excellent prospects for progression 路Attractive benefits package including private health insurance for Directors 路25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 31 days for Directors) 路Competitive salary for the area 聽 If you think you have what the firm are looking for, apply with CV and covering email for vacancy JO9317.
