Are you a recent Graduate or Junior Administrator or similar and looking to work in an exciting environment within a growing company that focuses on individual growth, whilst also offering a fun social plan including a yearly trip abroad?

Do you want to aid a local company take its next steps in its rapid growth through in-house training and external training, with natural internal progression?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing company near the heart of the vibrant city of Brighton. This business is looking for a graduate/junior to join its friendly and social team of 30 people, who are looking to learn and enrich both their professional and personal skills.

In this role a successful Business Development Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day tasks including planning routes, finding new leads online (not cold calling), maintain and organise databases, booking market appraisals/meetings and more, ensuring no two days will be the same.

This role would suit an organised individual that can take initiative and problem solve, is comfortable with spreadsheets and other software tools (in-house training provided), and most importantly friendly and sociable.

The ideal Business Development Administrator would have some experience in an office environment or be willing to learn and make the most out of the extensive training availability.

The Role

  • Maintain and organise client records and databases
  • Assist with data entry, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly
  • Identify new opportunities and report key insights
  • Full on the job training provided
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, 10am - 4pm one Saturday a month
