Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
  • Act as a Responsible Individual (RI), ensuring audits comply with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client development.
  • Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the audit team.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive the firm’s strategic goals.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status (or eligibility).
  • Strong experience in audit, with proven leadership and client management skills.
  • A track record of developing business and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth.
