Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
- Act as a Responsible Individual (RI), ensuring audits comply with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and client development.
- Provide expert technical advice to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the audit team.
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive the firm’s strategic goals.
- ACA/ACCA qualified with RI status (or eligibility).
- Strong experience in audit, with proven leadership and client management skills.
- A track record of developing business and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive business growth.
